Ultrasonics Plotter has been built to make the plotting of a weld + defects a whole lot simpler. Our application completely reduces the incidence of human error.

With the Ultrasonics Plotter, you can add or remove defects as you please, starting with creating the weld & parent material with such information as thickness & cap-width. You can then customize your transducers with their Frequency, Diameter, Velocity of the material, and the true angle of your transducer. This application will calculate your beam spread, but you are free to use a custom beam spread.

To add a defect, after creating the weld & parent material, you simply press the "Add Defects" button and then input the information required. This application gives you the exact depths to 0.00mm for the surface to defect and defect to bottom distances so that you can provide your customer with a completely accurate result!

The other benefit of using this application is that sometimes a ruler and protractor just wont cut it. You can find yourself paying upwards of £40 for a simple tool to make the drawing a little bit more accurate. But when you should be able to get the EXACT angle drawn, you cannot. We provide you with a tool that will be accurate. With many more features to come.
